There are warnings it may take up to a week to restore power to some parts of Spain and Portugal after the two countries were hit with a massive power cut.
Atmospheric conditions were blamed for the mass outage.
The blackout caused chaos on transport networks with trains at a standstill, airport closures and metro systems brought to a halt in major cities.
Internet connections and water supplies have also been affected.
