US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in Tel Aviv. He is meeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss allowing more aid into Gaza. The Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry says more than 9,000 people have died in Israeli bombardments, mostly women and children.
