Blinken: possibly ‘last opportunity’ to release hostages and secure Gaza ceasefire

The US secretary of state, Antony Blinken, said it could be the ‘best and last opportunity’ to get hostages held in Gaza home and secure a ceasefire as he arrived in Israel on a diplomatic mission. After landing in Tel Aviv, Blinken was quoted as saying that it was a ‘decisive moment’ for the truce talks.
