Nine people have been killed and several others injured after a car was driven into revellers at a street festival in Vancouver.
A 30-year-old was arrested at the scene and is known to police – the incident is not being treated as terrorism.
The car was driven into a large group of people at the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party – named after a national hero of the Philippines.
