A major incident has been declared by police in Manchester after a stabbing and car ramming at a synagogue, with four people injured and a suspect shot by police.
Police were called to the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue at 9.31am by a member of the public.
Paramedics are treating four people with stab wounds and injuries caused by a vehicle, police say.
