BREAKING: Passengers told not to travel to Heathrow 'under any circumstances'

Heathrow airport will remain closed all day after a fire at a substation caused "significant" power issues.

Passengers are being told to stay away from the west London airport – one of the busiest in the world – and to contact their airlines.

Heathrow bosses say the disruption was caused by a fire at a substation in nearby Hayes, and warn disruption is likely to last for days.
