‘Bring them home:’ Families of Israeli hostages march to Jerusalem

Relatives of hostages taken by Hamas during its 7 October attack on southern Israel have begun a march from Tel Aviv to Benjamin Netanyahu’s office in Jerusalem. The families aim to march over five days, camping in tents and arriving outside Netanyahu’s office on Saturday. At the start of the march on Tuesday, families fought back tears as they made impassioned pleas for the release of their loved ones. An estimated 1,200 people were killed and more than 240 hostages were taken when Hamas militants stormed southern Israeli towns and kibbutzim on 7 October
