A British father has avoided a prison sentence for causing the death of his two-year-old son, who fell from a fourth floor hotel window in Cyprus.
Joshua Foster was fined €3,000 after pleading guilty to causing death through a reckless, rash or dangerous act.
The court had previously heard that he placed the boy on a window sill to show him the view, thinking the window was closed.
