Russia retaliated with sanctions on British nationals as Moscow banned a list of Brits entering the country. One of those on the list is associate fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, Dr Samuel Ramani. He spoke with Sky’s Matt Barbet.
He said, "to some extent" the sanctions list is "a badge of honour" because it does indicate that he has been "explicitly critical of the Russian invasion of Ukraine" and "its impact on civilians".
