Builder who died from rare lung condition left warning for others in trade about PPE #itvnews

A builder who died a week before Christmas was exposed to cement dust throughout his career which ultimately led to his death. In November, Raymond Callaghan had recorded a video message urging others in the trade to wear PPE on site, something he says he should’ve done more often.
