Burn survivor becomes volunteer firefighter

Terry McCarty was severely burned in a childhood accident leaving him with lifelong scars. Prejudice from employers meant he struggled to find work, until he became a volunteer fireman and later a counselor at the same camp for burn victims he visited as a child.
