California AG responds to Paramount settlement accusations

California Attorney General Rob Bonta defends his decision to settle an antitrust lawsuit with Paramount that was delaying the company’s acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. He also denies allegations that he pressured other state attorneys general to settle to keep the media company operating in Hollywood. Warner Bros. Discovery is the parent company of CNN.
