Can Andy Burnham end rough sleeping in England by Christmas?

As Reporter Lewis Denison explains, Andy Burnham has pledged to work to “get everyone in for Christmas” while working towards a goal of ending rough sleeping across the UK.
In July, the prime minister set out a five-year plan to secure more homes and provide greater support to councils to tackle what Downing Street called "one of the starkest injustices in the country".
Speaking to broadcasters on Wednesday, Burnham said "I want to waste no time" in making the changes to get people off the streets and into accommodation.
He said: "I don’t think in this day and age anybody should be forced to sleep rough and actually, when you do leave people sleeping rough, it can often cost more to the state because people can be in and out of A&E and in and out of hospital beds and sometimes in contact with the police.
"It’s just the right thing to do and as prime minister I want to waste no time in making those moves to say no, this is who we are. This is how we should be. Nobody should sleep rough on the streets of Britain." #politics @itvnews
