Chancellor Rachel Reeves says she is "deeply disappointed" by a leak of her budget by the OBR.
She told MPs the premature publication was a "serious error" by the budget watchdog.
The mistake by the OBR, about 30 minutes before the chancellor was due to deliver her budget, meant all the key measures were already in the public domain before she got to her feet.
