The search for the killer of right-wing American influencer Charlie Kirk is underway. Police have said they are searching ‘multiple active crime scenes’.
The 31-year-old, who founded the conservative group Turning Point USA, was shot dead as he spoke to students on a university campus in Utah. Donald Trump said Charlie was a ‘wonderful American’ who was compared to negative rhetoric ‘directly responsible for the terrorism’ in the country.
Police believe the suspect was wearing dark clothing and fired the fatal shot from a nearby roof top.
