The FBI has released an image of a ‘person of interest’ in connection with the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
The post on X features two photos showing a man in sunglasses and a baseball cap.
The FBI said it is "asking for the public’s help identifying" the person pictured, and has offered a reward of up to $100,000 (£73,664) for information leading to this identification.
A manhunt for the killer is currently ongoing, with authorities saying earlier on Thursday they were looking for a college-age suspect.
The "high-powered bolt-action rifle" thought to have been used in the shooting of the influential Trump ally has also been recovered by the FBI.
