Sarah-Jane Mee has been speaking to Nicki, who was eight years old when she was targeted by a paedophile on MovieStarPlanet, a mobile game marketed at children and teens.
The man, who said he was a teenage boy, repeatedly asked Nicki to speak to him on the messaging app Snapchat.
Eventually her mum, who we’re calling Sarah – took matters into her own hands.
Nicki and Sarah are pseudonyms used to protect the identities of the people in this video.
