Julia Abu Zaiter along with her father Amjad, mother Maha, and older sister Sham, were hoping to be on a medical list to leave Gaza, but only Julia and Sham’s names were listed.
Julia has AHC, a condition with only 1,000 confirmed cases worldwide.
Israel has said it will send yet more troops into the city of Rafah, in the south of the Gaza Strip.
