China braces for impact of Super-Typhoon Ragasa, 3 killed and some 120 missing in Taiwan | DW News

Ragasa, one of the strongest storms in years, also caused major damage and injuries in Hong Kong. In southern China, more than a million people evacuated their homes ahead of its landfall.
