China hits back at Trump’s tariffs with their own

Mexico and Canada have cut a deal to avoid US tariffs, but today China responded to President Trump’s imposition of a blanket 10 percent tax on all Chinese imports to the US, with tariffs of its own.

But with the White House announcing that talks between Mr Trump and President Xi are planned in the next few days, is this simply more Trump bluster?
