‘Chinese spy’ linked to Prince banned from UK

A Chinese businessman described as a "close confidant" of Prince Andrew has lost an appeal against a decision to stop him entering the UK on national security grounds.

He was banned in July last year as he was considered to have engaged in "covert and deceptive activity" on behalf of China’s ruling party.
