The Chinese tea chain Molly Tea has been ordered to pay over £1.1 million in damages to Louis Vuitton.
It comes after a court in China ruled that it had copied the French fashion brand’s four petal design.
Molly Tea will now have to stop using the logo and also issue a public apology.
