Tens of thousands of mourners have gathered in Arizona to pay their respects to Conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a memorial event. U.S. President Donald Trump and Vice-President JD Vance are among those preparing to give speeches at a public memorial service this evening.
The 31-year-old was shot earlier this month by a single bullet while speaking at Utah Valley University, just moments after he was asked about mass shootings in America. He later died in hospital.
