Shadow minister Danny Kruger has defected from the Conservatives to Reform, declaring that his former party is "over".
The MP for East Wiltshire, who until now had been a shadow work and pensions minister under Kemi Badenoch, made the announcement at a news conference alongside Nigel Farage.
