Conservatives make cost-cutting pledges to sparse party conference hall | ITV News

The Shadow Chancellor has set out what he called a "radical plan" to rebuild the economy.

Addressing the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester, Sir Mel Stride promised to abolish business rates for high street shops and pubs, if the party wins the next election.
