Shadow chancellor Mel Stride said the spending review was "not worth the paper it’s written on".
He was speaking after Rachel Reeves set out the government’s spending commitments for the next 12 months.
Mr Stride said the chancellor was "weak, weak, weak" and would be forced to announce further tax rises in the autumn.
