The COP30 climate talks in Brazil have wrapped up, with delegates reaching a modest agreement in addressing climate change challenges.
Nearly 200 countries approved the deal, which includes steps to triple financing for developing countries to cope with extreme weather. The United States was notably absent from the two-week summit, which also saw protests and large street marches.
