Could breathalysers fitted into cars stop drink-drivers? #itvnews

The government is considering lowering the drink-drive limit in England and Wales as part of major reforms.

Alcohol interlock devices are also being looked into so drink-drive offenders might have breathalysers fitted to their vehicles.
