Could this be the last interest rate cut for a while? | ITV News

The Bank of England trimmed its base rate by another quarter of a percent – from four and a quarter to four percent. That’s the lowest it’s been since March 2023 for more than two years. But it could be the last cut for a while because inflation is expected to reach four percent next month.
