Countdown clock in Hostages Square switched off after final hostage returned to Israel

The countdown clock at the plaza known as Hostages Square in Tel Aviv is set to stop ticking after remains of the final hostage in Gaza, Ran Gvili, returned to Israel.

A code will be entered to stop the clock and several speeches will follow, including:

🔵 Shira Gvili – Ran Gvili’s sister

🔵 Michel Illouz – father of Guy Illouz, who was murdered in Hamas captivity

🔵 Yael Adar – mother of Tamir Adar, who was killed while defending Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7

🔵 Segev Kalfon – captivity survivor, kidnapped from the Nova festival

🔵 Malki Shem Tov – father of captivity survivor Omer Shem Tov and co-founder of the Hostages and Missing Families Forum
