Steven Holland has been helping people in Ukraine for the last four years, and after returning from his latest trip he told Sky News: "People in Ukraine are exhausted, they are literally fighting for their lives, but they are tired and they need help".
Firefighter Amanda Ainsworth has been fundraising for Operation Florian, a project which helps to deliver fire kit to parts of Ukraine.
The pair have just returned from Ukraine, after driving there with Christmas gifts for orphaned children in the country.
