Crane collapses into building

A crane has fallen into a building in St. Petersburg, Florida, as Hurricane Milton is making its way through the state, bringing dangerous flooding. St. Petersburg is experiencing a 1-in-1000 year rainfall event. CNN’s Bill Weir reports from the city.
