The GMB union has warned there could be a shortage of some of the UK’s most popular brands of crisps after workers at KP snacks plant in Teesside voted to take strike action.

The factory supplies products like Hula Hoops, McCoys and Discos.
The company said they remained committed to working with the union to reach a solution in the dispute, over changes to working hours.
