Venezuela’s opposition leader and Nobel laureate María Corina Machado has returned to her country after 10 months in exile.
She appeared in the state of Lara on October 26 shocking her supporters.
It was her first appearance since the US military removed Venezuela’s then-President Nicolás Maduro in January. She left Venezuela for Norway in December last year, where she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for her challenge to Maduro’s government.
Since Maduro’s ouster, Venezuela has been run by Delcy Rodriguez, a Maduro ally that has Trump’s blessing. #venezuela #venezuelanews #maduro #machado
