A suspect accused of terrorism offences has escaped from Wandsworth prison in south London and is on the run, prompting a nationwide police appeal for the public to help find him. Daniel Abed Khalife, a former member of the British army, is believed to have escaped from the prison wearing a white T-shirt, red and white checked trousers and brown steel-toecap boots.
