Danube blown up to cool power plant

The Romanian Navy has carried out a series of controlled explosions to divert water from the Danube River towards the Cernavodă nuclear power plant to help with its cooling. Extreme heat and a drought means there has been record low river levels, leading to the shutdown of a nuclear reactor.
