Dashcam footage shows moments before LAPD officers fatally strike skateboarder with car

The Los Angeles police department has released the distressing dashcam footage of the accident that happened on 19 September when its officers fatally struck a skateboarder. Gerardo ‘Jerry’ Estrada, 30, was hit by an LAPD cruiser as the car was weaving in and out of traffic
