Former deputy prime minister Lord Heseltine says he is "absolutely delighted" to see David Cameron "back on the frontline of politics", after the former PM was appointed as foreign secretary.
The appointment came after Suella Braverman was fired as home secretary and James Cleverly appointed to replace her, leaving the top job open at the foreign office.
