Indian authorities say at least nine people have been killed and more than 30 injured in a blast at a police station. They say the detonation happened in the city of Srinagar in Indian-administered Kashmir. Police and forensic team members were handling confiscated explosives when the material accidentally blew up. It came just days after 13 people were killed in a blast in New Delhi. DW’s New Delhi Bureau Chief Sandra Petersmann reports.
