The Defence secretary John Healey is addressing the House of Commons after the Prime Minister unveiled plans to increase the UK’s defence commitments and move the country to ‘war-fighting readiness’.

John Healey has called plans to boost military might a “message to Moscow,” adding that the UK must "act decisively to face down Russian aggression".
