Defence Secretary John Healey is speaking as NATO nations hold meeting on aid for Ukraine.
He says the mission remains "as strong and as clear as ever" – "to ensure Ukraine’s armed forces have what they need to fight, to work to secure peace for tomorrow and to stand ready to step up still further."
"Our support must match Putin’s escalation," he adds.
