Defence secretary John Healey discussed his priorities for reforming UK defence amid domestic and international pressure to increase defence spending.
He said we are "in a new era of threat" and outlined his vision to "re-arm Britain".
Mr Healey closed by describing this programme as "the biggest shakeup of UK defence for over 50 years", and added that the government’s "commitment to defence is unshakeable".
