Democratic lawmaker brought her newborn son to vote against GOP proposal

Rep. Brittany Pettersen (D-CO) says she had to return to Washington with her one-month-old son to vote against the Republican budget proposal. House Speaker Mike Johnson was able to flip several Republican votes, and the budget proposal ultimately passed.
