Deputy prime minister Angela Rayner pushed on potential tax rises in the budget | PMQs

Deputies Angela Rayner and Sir Oliver Dowden face off at Prime Minister’s Questions.

Sir Oliver starts by asking Ms Rayner what a working person is, before pushing the point on whether small-business owners count – as they look set to be affected by tax rises in the upcoming budget.
