Disabled people ripped off by faulty, overproced aid products, says report

people living with disabilities are being ripped off by expensive aid products that prove to be faulty and of poor quality, according to a report from Citizens Advice.

The charity says it receives a complaint every hour about problems with equipment like mobility scooters, stairlifts or hearing aids.
