Two weeks on from her disappearance there’s been a fresh appeal in the search for Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of US TV anchor Savannah Guthrie.
In an emotional video, Savannah pleaded with “whoever has her” to let her go, saying “it is never too late to do the right thing” and that the family “still has hope.”
It comes as investigators analyse DNA from a glove found near her home in Tucson, which appears to match one worn by a masked suspect seen on doorbell camera footage the night she vanished.
The FBI says a preliminary “unknown male” profile has been identified, with a major search continuining.
A $100,000 reward is now being offered for information.
