Dnipro attack death toll rises to 21

The number of people killed in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro earlier this week has now risen to 21 – with more than 340 others injured when the strikes hit a passenger train, more than 30 schools, a hospital and residential homes.
