A jury has been shown footage of a 15-year-old boy allegedly wearing a balaclava and slapping an 80-year-old dog walker in Leicestershire. Bhim Kohli died the day after he was allegedly assaulted while walking his dog in Franklin Park on 1 September last year. A 15-year-old boy is charged with Mr Kohli’s murder and manslaughter, while a 13-year-old girl is accused of his manslaughter. Both teenagers, who cannot be named because of their ages, deny their part in fatally injuring the pensioner.
