Donald Trump started his four-day trip to Scotland golfing at his Turnberry course with a massive security operation in place.
The US president is due to hold meetings with Sir Keir Starmer and with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
But his arrival was met with protests from locals in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
