The Lionesses are headed to the Euro’s final for the second tournament in a row, after defeating Italy 2-1 in a dramatic semi-final.
The Azzurre took the lead in the 33rd minute and the score remained 1-0 until the closing minutes of the second half.
The nail-biting equaliser came during the 96th minute of the match, in the form of a low drive by Michelle Agyemang straight into the back of the net.
